(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology project portfolio management platform
- no centralized solution where project information (scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, change control, etc.) can be accessed, reviewed, and analyzed by stakeholders. The current solution consists of various excel-based toolsets, disparate templates (Microsoft Project, Word, etc.), Microsoft Teams, document repositories using SharePoint folder hierarchies, and other tools aimed at portfolio management,
- Seeks a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution to support project and portfolio management that is:
- Flexible in its ability to support various project management methodologies (such as Waterfall, Agile and Lean) depending upon the project’s needs
- A comprehensive project management solution that includes:
- Project lifecycle (from intake to closeout)
- Project scheduling
- Project resource allocation and capacity planning
- Project budget tracking
- Project risks and issues management
- Project requirements and priorities management
- Project change control
- A centralized solution for enterprise portfolio management that will enable the county to predict, plan, evaluate, prioritize, and schedule its portfolios to achieve the highest value and align with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives
- Able to display/offer robust out of box and customizable reporting (e.g. Gantt, dashboards, historical reporting).
