[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide police information check services and solution.
- Provide an off the shelf software solution with little to no development requirements to allow city residents to apply for police information checks online.
- The solution must include, but is not limited to:
• collection of applicants’ data
• ability for online verification of identity
• online payment component that collects and processes payments for agency service
• notification component that automates creation of notification for applicants, agencies who request the agency, as well as agency staff
• infrastructure for exchanging data between the solution and agency where confidentiality of the data must be guaranteed
• must support Multi Factor Verification; provide reporting tools (balancing finances, refunds, stats for use on system, etc.)
• provide full auditing capabilities and allow for the upload of volunteer letters in support of reduced application fees.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 13, 2023.
(3) The contract period will be for five years.
