[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal budgeting software
- Ability to integrate with the City’s Financial System;
- Preparation of an annual operating budget and 2 additional planning years;
- Ability to create a PDF version of the Digital Budget Book in whole or in sections in a professional manner;
- Preparation of multi-year financial forecasting/projections;
- Ability to create fund and department narratives which integrate text, picture, graph, tables, and numbers into a cohesive experience for the reader
- Ability for a reader to drill down from fund type summaries all the way down to account level information.
- Ability for a reader to filter information by any level (fund, department, function, budget category, and account)
- Ability to display graphical information in different graphical formats including at a minimum: line, bar, stacked line, stacked bar, and pie chart.
- Ability to display revenues and expenditure simultaneously on the same graph using historical, budgeted, and forecasted amounts;
- Ability to download information to other formats (PDF, Excel, etc.).
(2) An optional virtual pre-proposal meeting will be held on June 8, 2023.
