[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide transit restroom renovation services for remove and replace existing fixtures, piping and equipment to the government authority located in Montebello, CA.
- Contractor will remove and replace existing fixtures, piping and equipment, as well as associated components (e.g., urinals, toilets, sinks, drains, countertops, lighting, finishes, vents, bathroom exhaust fans, heating and cooling systems, etc.).
- Provide the following deliverables, subject to prior agency approval, during business hours of 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM monday through friday.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on June 13, 2023.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than June 22, 2023.
(4) The contract term will be three years.
