[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide professional surveyor services for conducting surveys on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Mason, MI.
- Provide a legal boundary survey for the protected property area.
- Stake all corners of the property to be preserved.
- Provide a written legal description of the protected property and all exempted areas in PDF and Word formats.
- Provide a map of the protected property with all exempted areas.
- Provide surveying services on an as needed basis throughout the contract period as directed solely by the FOSPB Director. No guarantee of the actual service requirement is implied or expressed by this Agreement. Service requirements shall be determined by actual need.
- Provide a cost estimate for the requested survey based on contracted rates within two business days after a request from the County. County requests may be made by telephone, or e-mail.
- Disclose any potential conflict of interest that it may have prior to commencing any surveying services.
- Conduct all surveys based on the guidelines in herein.
- Submit an invoice to the FOSPB Director for each survey conducted.
- Deliver all surveys within twenty-one (21) calendar days unless specifically agreed to otherwise in writing by the County.
- Be solely responsible for the safety of its employees and others relative to its work, work procedures, material, equipment, transportation, signage, and related activities and equipment.
- Possess and keep in force all licenses and permits required to perform the services of this Agreement.
- Modify or furnish supplements to any survey furnished under this contract, without additional cost to the County, if: (1) applicable principles of law with respect to the property require the modification or supplementing of such survey; (2) material omissions, inaccuracies, or defects in the survey are discovered after delivery and acceptance of the survey by the County; or (3) the surveyor receives or becomes aware of relevant additional survey information in existence prior to the date the surveyor signed the survey.
- Provide as needed survey consulting services to the County.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 7, 2023
