[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide delinquent tax collection services to the government authority located in San Marcos, TX.
- Preparing monthly status and performance reports to the County indicating the progress of tax collections. The monthly progress reports prepared by the firm shall contain, at a minimum, the following information:
- Number and types of communication with delinquent taxpayers
- Summary of all delinquent accounts collected
- list of suits filed
- list of judgments rendered
- Number of warrants issued/served
- list of bankruptcies and status of those properties
- list of properties submitted to Courts for auction, with date submitted and most recent status
- Number of properties sold
- list of properties sold or reverting to taxing entity because of non-sale
- list of payments made by all taxpayers.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 2, 2023.
