Vendor needs to provide temporary staffing service to the government authority located in Flint, MI.
- Service Provider will assign a competent project manager who has full authority to act for the Service Provider and who will be primary point of contact and coordination during the execution of the project.
- Temporary staffing: provide qualified candidates to fill temporary assignments for the purpose of
augmenting staffing for work level fluctuation, short-term project needs, seasonal demand or staffing changes.
- Online skills testing: provide online skills testing, as job descriptions require it, for temporary employees or for applicants who are in the process of becoming employees. Required tests include basic, intermediate and advanced levels for Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), data/typing proficiency, and basic testing for administrative assistants.
- Temp-to-hire: provide qualified candidates to meet the college’s needs as determined by the college on a case-by-case basis
- Payroll services: accept employees has hired on a temporary basis and provide payroll services for these temporary employees.
