[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide video surveillance and access control maintenance and security assessment for existing system to the government authority located in Detroit, MI.
- The vendor must be able to provide maintenance and repair services for the intrusion alarm, access control and video surveillance system at DWSD locations
- The vendor should have possession and be able to provide proof of a current certification as both a Lenel service provider and solutions provider for the duration of the maintenance contract
- The vendor must be capable of working with the existing Lenel surveillance system, including NVRs, cameras, panels, card readers and wiring
- The vendor shall, when requested in an agreed timeframe, document the existing system(s) including but not limited to any and all third party interfaces as well as the system design,
- The vendor must perform Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMI) to be undertaken on a bi-annual basis on newly procured equipment,
- The vendor must provide 24x7x365 call center with the ability to dispatch a service technician with call verification when support is requested.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 1, 2023.
