[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide ballot box security camera system to the government authority located in Colorado Springs, CO.
- To 40 cameras along with a full-service, service agreement that includes, but is not necessarily limited to: cost of cameras, installation of cameras, licensing, full-service off-site website/cloud portal with both live and historical views available
- The County requires an initial minimum 1-year licensing and support with the option to continue annual support after the 1-year period has ended.
- The Contractor shall provide a detailed description of support offered, and the average response time for a support request.
- The Contractor shall provide firmware upgrades to camera hardware during the period of operation.
- 10-year hardware warranty on all hardware products offered by the Contractor, including access control, environmental sensors, and wireless intrusion detection hardware
- Provider shall have experience managing significant scale (100k+ devices) in the field
- 24 - 48 hour turnaround time for emergency equipment replacement
- Installation of hardware or the hiring of a third party contractor to install is preferred
- The County is looking for a “turnkey” solution. The Contractor will be responsible for all camera hardware, licensing, installation and mounting, camera set-up, lens configuration, and configuration of equipment
- Contractor to configure the camera frame rate and compression rates to balance quality, storage, and bandwidth utilization.
- Contractor to configure the motion detection sensitivity
- Contractor shall be an authorized seller or partner of their proposed solution.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 8, 2023.
