[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide facilitator services to the government authority located in Honolulu, HI.
- established the economic revitalization commission consisting of nine members with expertise in small business, finance, sustainable economics, and community development.
- As part of the work, the facilitator will guide the commission through the planning and development process to report
- All work will be done in coordination with the commission and the office
- Review commission establishment documentation
- Information gathering on commission work to date
- Refine goals and objectives of commission as defined and directed by the commission.
- Advise and facilitate the development on commission rules as determined by the commission.
- Develop long-term research and forecasting plan
- Maintain sunshine law standards pursuant to revised statutes chapter 92 and applicable administrative rules.
- Maintain ethical conducts standards as expressed in the charter and ordinances of the city and
 (2) All question must be submitted no later than May 31,2023.
