[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural services to the government authority located in Holly Hill, FL.
• Preliminary Project Coordination Administration
- Preparation of preliminary studies and reports, feasibility studies, utility rate studies, financial and fiscal studies and evaluation of existing facilities as necessary.
- Preparation of schematic layouts and sketches where required; opinions of construction cost; and such consultation and conferences with the city as may be necessary for the city to reach decisions concerning the subject matter.
• Design Development
- The Consultant and appropriate members of the project team may be required to perform field investigations of the proposed project site for initial suitability determination. The Consultant and appropriate project team members shall meet with public and private utility providers in the area to confirm existing utility locations.
- The Consultant shall produce design development drawings to perform modifications and describe the overall character and extent of the project. Drawing shall include plans, elevations and sections as appropriate.
• Bidding and Negotiation Services
- Preparing for review and approval by the city, contract agreement and forms, general conditions and supplementary conditions, bid forms, invitations to bid and instructions to bidders, and assisting in the preparation of any related documents.
- Coordination of advertisement for bids; distributing plans and specifications to prospective bidders; conducting pre-bid conferences; providing clarifications and addenda to prospective bidders or suppliers; attending the bid opening; reviewing and tabulating the bids received; reviewing bidder qualifications (including subcontractors and suppliers), and making recommendations to the city as to the award of bids.
• Construction Phase Services
• Local Government, and Other Agency Coordination
(2) The contract period will be for three years.
