[*] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide design and implementation of the online communication campaign service for design and implement an online communication campaign that will bring new users to the website portal and new e-services developed.
- The main objective of the assignment is to promote agency-supported digital resources (educational series and e-services) via means of digital advertising (including social networks).
A list of items that will be subjects of advertising (might be changed):
1. Educational course on digital literacy for the elderly on website.
2. Educational course on web accessibility for website administrators of civil society organisations and public institutions.
3. E-service for registering as a candidate for child adoption.
4. E-service on pension allocation.
5. E-service on IDP status termination.
6. E-service to change a registration address for IDPs.
7. E-service on applying for business grants for veterans.
8. Pension ID in the app.
- Define target audiences for each item mentioned above, design a campaign plan with platforms, which will be used for advertising, targeting details, exact products that will be used for promotion and a preliminary time schedule for publication. In most cases, the action expected from the targeted audience is clicking a link leading to a product (educational series, an e-service, etc.);
- Prepare reports summarising the results of the campaigns and a narrative report on all the activities implemented during the assignment period.
- Define target audiences for each item mentioned above, design a campaign plan with platforms, which will be used for advertising, targeting details, exact products that will be used for promotion and a preliminary time schedule for publication.
- Design and launch the promotion of the products:
- Advertising posts in Ukrainian in all popular social networks targeted on various ages (Facebook, Telegram, Viber, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Posts in groups and publics of local communities, oblast centres
- Promoting the messages in all-Ukrainian Telegram channels
- Engaging 3-5 bloggers and opinion leaders (with more than 50,000 subscribers and more) on Facebook, Instagram.
(4) A pre-bid meeting will be held on June 12, 2023.
