[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide eviction filing system
- Select one (1) vendor from the Case Management/Customer Relationship Management on-call list to perform application development work in ServiceNow
- Seeks to continue its investment through a phased implementation of an Eviction Filing System
- The vendor shall work in conjunction with City staff to provide applications development and production support and enhancement, to assist in the development and implementation of Phase I of the Eviction Filing System
- Contractor must possess the ability to implement custom-built SNow application development, system installation, system upgrades, system configuration, system conversion, data migration, system/application performance enhancements, system integration, and production support, on an as-needed basis;
- Contractor must be able to perform business and systems analysis, design, development, and implementation of SNow;
- Contractor must be able to configure out-of-the-box functionality;
- Contractor must be able to extend the capability of the default out-of-the-box features of the SNow product to suit specific departmental business requirements and produce a client-desired application;
- Contractor must be able to migrate data from existing City systems (cloud or on-premises) to other City software solutions using SNow;
- Contractor must be able to modify and enhance existing applications of SNow, as well as troubleshoot and fix custom code;
- Contractor must be able to provide ongoing maintenance and/or support for the City’s SNow systems
- Contractor must be able to conduct or facilitate performance-tuning during system implementation;
- Contractor must be able to manage multi-tenant deployments;
- Contractor must be able to manage SaaS deployments;
- Contract must be able to assist in migration or recover customizations and integration points across version upgrades;
- Contractor must be able to provide post-upgrade stability and end-user acceptance testing.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 12, 2023.
