[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide closed captioning support service to provide close captioning on all live broadcasts.
- Agency will require a contractor to provide close captioning support to interface with government owned equipment and software.
- Occasionally a video for captioning or audio file may be sent to the contractor for captioned video or SSC or SRT file and subsequent return.
- The contractor will be paid on an hourly basis to perform the close captioning services and must provide stenographic support personnel who are familiar with government provided equipment and software.
- Closed captioning is to be performed remote to the installation site, the contractor shall provide all hardware and software required to perform close caption service and will interface contractor equipment with government owned and operated video production equipment.
(2) A contract period will be for three years.
