(1) Vendor needs to provide transcription services for oral proceedings.
• Provide the agnecy with specific instructions to prepare either an electronic transcript only in PDF format or to prepare a paper original plus designated number of copies as well as a PDF.
• Provide copies of dockets or minute orders or other necessary identifying information upon request.
• Provide copy of court order or provide a request to prepare a transcript.
• Answer questions related to spellings, format, and transcript deadlines.
• Provide electronically recorded audio file to agency.
• Provide any special instructions, including deadlines.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 23, 2023.
