[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide court reporting and transcription services.
- Ensure that the Real-Time Software meets the security requirements established
- Certify any transcript produced as "true and accurate".
- Provide and operate a separate back-up system for recording proceedings at all times.
Transcript Format:
- Witness blocks must identify the full name of the witness and who they are being called for
- Examination headings must be in all caps at aligned at left margin
- Start, recess and end times must be formatted as parentheticals on their own line
- Document read-in must be offset/indented as a quote, enclosed in quotation marks
Content:
- Neat and free from errors
- Photocopies of same quality as original pages
- Gestures - nods, pointing, gestures or sound effects are not included in a transcript
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2023.
