Vendor needs to provide certified shorthand reporter and transcription services.
- Provide the person presiding at the hearing or deposition, a business card, the name of the contractor they are representing, and the estimated number of pages they reported that day on each case.
- The Contractor shall use a recording device for backup on difficult assignments.
- The contractor shall advise their designated service provider(s) of the required transcript format.
- The Contractor shall have an agreed upon method (e.g., telephone, cell phone, email, fax, etc.) to receive notice of last-minute calendar changes.
- CART reporting is provided as a separate service, meaning the CART reporter is present to interpret the proceedings and provide a real-time output for the hearing impaired.
