Vendor needs to provide transcribing audio and video recordings services.
- Transcription of various forms of recently digitized recorded media, including hundreds of audio and videos files.
- Recently digitized audio and video recordings in MP3 and MP4 formats. Audio Files in MP3 Format: 69:39:28 HR:MM:SEC and Video Files in MP4 Format: 107:36:09 HR:MM: SEC.
- Most of the audio and video files are traditional oral histories with one interviewer and one interviewee.
- All transcripts will include time stamps at one-minute intervals.
- All transcripts will be in English delivered as Word (docx) files, with one transcript file per interview and the file named according to instructions.
