[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide transcriptionist for scheduled meetings, produce, process and send a certified original copy of the transcript in digital and printed hardcopy format to the district.
- A digital copy of transcript to be delivered via email or website within ten business days from the day of the meeting, a printed copy mailed within 30 days.
- Transcriptionist must consent to audio and video recording of their person during the meeting, meetings are livestreamed, archived and available to the public.
- Transcriptionist must have the ability to transcribe a meeting with multiple speakers or a panel of speakers.
- Transcription service provider must be able to provide and schedule a transcriptionist for districts meetings any day of the week during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) and occasional evening meetings (after 5:01 p.m. running until meeting adjourns).
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 16, 2023.
(3) The contract term will be two years.
