[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide additional transcription services.
- A number of pre-recorded past meetings requiring transcription services to generate full meeting transcripts.
- Individual meetings may vary in length, but services are needed for approximately 400 hours of recorded meeting time for approximately 100 individual public hearings and meetings
- Each recorded public meeting may contain time allotted for public comments, for which a full transcript is required.
- Transcripts produced for public comments section should include the speakers’ name, address, and the topic on which they are discussing, a verbatim transcript must be produced
- estimates approximately 100 individual public hearings and/or meetings of hearing transcript to be generated based on a double-spaced typed format containing 22 lines of text of 60 characters/spaces per line
- Produce a verbatim transcript for public meetings and hearings, and to identify each speaker, using generally accepted stenography practices.
- Provide verbatim transcripts, certified as to truth and accuracy, of the proceedings at the public hearings and meetings.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 16, 2023.
