[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide court reporter and transcription services on an as-needed basis
- To prevent and detect fraud, waste and abuse of public funds and property, authorized to require by summons the attendance and testimony at a private session under oath of any person whom has reason to believe has information with respect to any matter within the jurisdiction to investigate. For these private sessions, testimony is taken under oath administered by a notary public, recorded and transcribed by a stenographer engaged

- Provide the vendor at least 48 hours' notice of the time and place for Services
- Report for all scheduled engagements.
- Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time to set up equipment and receive instructions.
- Administer an oath to witnesses as a notary public.
- Maintain the official record accurately and record all that transpires during the proceeding.
- Dress and appear in a professional manner.
Maintain stenographic notes during their retention period
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality regarding notes and/or transcripts.
- When requested, produce and deliver a complete, accurate, verbatim transcript in the agreed upon time
- Upon request, produce and deliver a complete, accurate, verbatim transcript from audio tapes, stenographic notes or other recording devices in the agreed upon time.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2023.
