[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide transcription services.
- Provide direct electronic transfer transcription services for the department of water resources, office of workforce equality and internal audits to use when conducting workplace investigations and witness interviews.
- Conducts workplace investigations which includes interviews of witnesses and alleged perpetrators as part of their investigations
- The interviews are digitally recorded.
- Written transcripts of the interviews will be used to improve the timeframe of the investigation process and reduce the amount of time the investigator spends reviewing recordings.
- The professional transcripts should be accurate, timely, and provided in Microsoft Word, which can be searched, copied, pasted, and printed
- Transcripts must be able to be delivered via email and provide a means for direct electronic file transfer
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 7, 2023.
(3) The contract period will be for three years.
