[*] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide court reporting and transcription services.
- Responsible for the professional quality, technical accuracy, timely completion, and coordination of all court reporting and transcription services
- Provide court reporters to record jury trials, hearings, depositions and special events or meetings
- To recordings and transcripts shall preserve and protect the information entrusted to the reporter/transcriptionist and shall sign a confidentiality document
- Provide certified court reporters and materials necessary to report, transcribe, and furnish completed documents related to depositions, hearings, and other proceedings
- Court reporter shall record verbatim by shorthand, computer-aided transcription, stenotype machine, real time, or electronic recording, and incorporate everything spoken during a session into the transcript
- All transcripts shall be typed in black ink on eight- and one-half inches by eleven inches size paper.
- All pages of the transcript shall be numbered consecutively
- Regular copy: Transcripts shall be delivered within 10 calendar days after the conclusion of the proceedings
- Expedited copy: Transcripts shall be delivered within 5 calendar days after the conclusion of the proceedings
- Rush copy: Transcripts shall be delivered within one calendar day after the conclusion of the proceedings.
- Post Proceeding copy: If an agency orders a transcript, after the proceeding is completed, delivery shall be within 10 calendar days after receipt of a written order
- A physical/hard copy of the transcript will be provided to the Office of Public Defender. All others shall receive a digital copy
