[*] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide magnetic encoded fare ticket supplies to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.
• Pre-Paid Basic Single Fare Tickets
- 20 cases (20,000 ticket books = 200,000 total tickets)
• Numbering and printing of QR Codes-
- All tickets are consecutively numbered on the front side of the ticket.
- The number printed on the face of the ticket also appears in the encoding on the reverse side of the ticket.
- Unique QR codes, to be provided by agency via email, must also be printed on the front side of the ticket and will correspond with the ticket type and ticket number.
- QR print must be solid with no lines that will break functionality of code. Ticket expiration date will be 2025.
• Packaging
- Tickets are to be sealed in 4 3/4” x 3”, clear 1.5 mil poly bag in lots of 10, in a consecutive number sequence lower to higher number.
- The tenth ticket in the lot is flipped over so the beginning andending serial number of the lot of 10 is visible through the clear poly bag.
- Tickets are to be packaged 1,000 to a box, 10,000 to a case.
• Stock
- 8.858 mil. paper thermally sensitive, one side per S&B specifications and tolerances.
- SIZE: Per S&B specifications and tolerance of 3.37” x 2.125”
• PRESS
- All ticket types are 4-color on the front side.
- Two PMS colors will change to designate the ticket type and value.
- The second two colors are black and PMS 803 fluorescent yellow and appear in the same position on the front side of all ticket types.
- The black printer position remains the same; however, the text changes to denote the ticket types.
- No bleeds front or back.
- The second side consists of an encoded magnetic stripe and prints in one color only, black.
- The black Books 20,000 back copy is the same for all ticket types. ART: Artwork with SAMPLE QR Code will be supplied by agency via email.
- vendor to print unique codes on each ticket with codes provided by agency.
• MAGNETIC STRIPE
- Approximately 3/8” wide, coercivity – 2750 oersted, position, composition and application per S&B specification.
