[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide hazardous waste disposal services to the government authority located in West Palm Beach, FL.
- The Contractor shall provide transportation and disposal, treatment and/or recycling services for hazardous wastes and related materials.
- The Contractor will provide appropriate trucks and drivers to transport packaged materials from the authority’s two-staffed facilities to the Contractor’s designated Treatment, Storage and Disposal Facility (TSDFs)
- Contractor will provide disposal, treatment and recycling for a variety of materials. Materials may be Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Hazardous Wastes, Universal Wastes, Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Wastes, or Non-Hazardous Wastes.
- The Contractor will provide packaging protocols, guidance, training and forms as necessary to ensure that materials can be packaged properly by the authority to meet Contractor’s requirements
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2023
(3) The contract period will be for three years.
