[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide shared tenant services to the government authority located in New Orleans, LA.
- Project management and coordination
- System design assistance including the engineering drawings for both design- phase and As-Built drawings after tenant systems are installed and accepted.
- Management of Existing Systems Infrastructure and Associated Devices
- System Equipment and Software Procurement Support
- System installation, configuration, interface, and integration
- System testing
- Customer cutover
- Operational and Logistics support including equipment sparing recommendations, warranty and maintenance services, and an on-site technician for troubleshooting of issues as they arise.
- System Maintenance and Support of the system
- Providing ongoing tenant system installation services for Adds, Moves, and Changes based on evolving or new tenant needs.
- Billing and financial management of the Shared Tenant Services at agency, including development of the Shared Tenant Service Provider (STSP) model
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 6, 2023
