[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide health plan service to the government authority located in Martinez, CA.
- Manage the daily operations of a Compliance Department for a health plan staff of 275 members that has oversight for regulatory compliance for 7 Clinical Department and 6 Business Units
- Contractor shall work with sister compliance communities to advocate to shape forthcoming legislation to the Health Plan’s and member’s benefits
- Contractor shall be responsible for authoring and leading the bi-weekly compliance meeting.
- Contractor shall be responsible for leading and conducting mock audits to prepare for any level of regulatory audit.
- Contractor shall be responsible for implementation and completion of subsequent audit Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).
- Contractor shall act as a Discrimination Grievance Coordinator and be responsible for reviewing discrimination grievances, and for those grievances alleging discrimination on the basis of immutable, or otherwise protected characteristics.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 30, 2023.
